The saddle stitcher proves its flexibility with a comprehensive line of feeders and automatic loading options. Due to its custom-tailored extendibility, it is also possible, for example, to insert, stack and punch.
The operating concept of the Primera 130 was created in accordance with the most recent ergonomic guidelines. The local operating units and the central touchscreen operation provide a high level of comfort. The operation is very conveniently arranged and simply structured. This means the Primera 130 can be changed over quickly and in a short time it reaches high net outputs.
Primera E130: Automatic Format Setting with AMRyS
The Primera E130 is equipped with AMRyS (Automatic Make Ready System). Feeder, stitching machine, three-knife trimmer and stacker are quickly and automatically set to the desired size. With the shortest setup time on the market, the saddle stitcher is quickly ready for production of any job.
The Primera 130 saddle stitcher is JDF/JMF-enabled and it can be integrated into the digital workflow with the Muller Martini workflow system, Connex. In this way the direct, reciprocal communication between the company management information system (MIS) and the finishing is guaranteed. Important key data such as job status, machine condition, production speed or current gross and net produce are exchanged.
