The Avalanche Poly Pro is a 5 color CMYKW system plus a 6th channel of a special Poly Enhancer that uses the special formulated inks designed for low temp cure to create perfect prints on most any material. The challenge with Polyester is dye migration into the printed images. With the special pre-treatment, low temp inks, and Poly Enhancer, this challenge has been overcome to produce vibrant whites even on bright colored poly garments. The Avalanche dual bridge system means that you can increase your production through-put, enabling two shirts to print continuously at up to 60 prints per hour. This means that while the machine is printing color on one garment, it can also be printing the white layer on another and vice versa.
